This is my most commonly made smoothie, and by far my favorite. The avocado makes the consistency ultra creamy and the mint, lime and celery add a very refreshing flavor punch. I could even drink two of these a day!
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 apple
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 mini cucumber
- 1 cup baby spinach
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Sprig of mint
- 1 cup Live Real Farms™ Dairy + Oat Original Milk Blend
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if necessary. Feel free to adjust ingredient proportions to your taste.

PB&J Protein Booster Smoothie
I love a berry smoothie with a scoop of peanut butter. The PB&J flavor combo brings me right back to my childhood. The recipe will give you that extra boost to keep energy levels high all day long.

- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/4 cup hemp hearts
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter
