Tassels are definitely on trend right now, and have been for a while. As bag accessories, necklaces, and earrings, we’ve been seeing them e-v-e-r-y-w-h-e-r-e. Something about the tiny and unassuming embroidered detailing take this otherwise simple cap sleeved dress to another level.
