Tide-to-go pens have been lifesavers for me on quite a few occasions. I like to keep one with me when travelling as well as in my desk at work for all emergencies (read: spilled coffee). Co-workers especially appreciate having one around as well. One word of caution, however: these definitely have an expiration date, after which point they develop a seriously rancid smell. I learned this the hard way when I let a co-worker borrow a 1+ year old pen, after which I promptly threw away.
In general, I would recommend keeping one of these on reserve at all times. xo -L
