Token of the Day: Chef’s Table

If you are looking for something interesting and informative this Sunday, check out Chef’s Table on Netflix. I started watching this out of the blue one night because I love a good documentary, and it quickly became a favorite (I started watching an episode nightly). Dan Barber (episode 2), of Blue Hill in New York City, has a particularly interesting story of how he has come to truly practice farm-to-table procuring – and what that really means. This is a must watch! And if you do get the chance, I’d recommend checking out the restaurant as well. It’s definitely on my bucket list!    xo -L
