Always have a go-to outfit in the back of your closet that you are comfortable in that is also appropriate for any occasion. Never be caught in a pinch just not knowing what to wear. My go-to? A somewhat conservative, classy and flattering black or navy sheath dress. I have a few basic cardigans, statement necklaces and simple flats as well. I try not to wear this outfit too often, but for days when I just don’t know what to wear and don’t have time to throw all the clothes in my closet around the room trying everything on (I know I’m not the only one who does that…), I like to resort to my reserve outfit. Sometimes it’s best to just keep it simple.
