I hope you all had the merriest of Christmases! After finishing my first semester of grad school (finals week was so crazy), then jetting off for a mini vacation to Charleston, South Carolina, and then celebrating the holidays with my family, it has been a whirlwind of a few weeks.
Upon stepping off the plane in Charleston, I thought immediately, why don’t we just move down here? The city was beautiful and the food scene was even more amazing.
It was hard to find any fault with Charleston, but everyone we talked to told horror stories of the hot and humid summers. As much as I complain about chilly New England winters, it sounds like SC summer might be worse!
Now that I’m back I’m appreciating the snow even more than ever! Bishir and I love hiking all the trails in the Berkshires, and we especially love it once the area turns into a winter wonderland. Something about a fresh coating of snow on the ground is truly magical.
Baciano recently sent me the coziest of cozy sweaters, so I thought our first snowy winter hike would be the best time to try it out. You bet it kept me warm!! This style currently isn’t available, but Baciano has plenty of other gorgeous sweaters! If you like the design on my sweater, try this option from Anthropologie or if you like the long style, try this one!
How are you enjoying winter this year?
