Denim Days
Denim is such a versatile fabric. Whether it is skinny jeans (like the ones featured here), trouser jeans, a jacket (like the one featured here), a skirt, or another piece, we see this fabric represented in so many ways in the industry. I’d mentioned this before, but I used to steer clear of jeans (well, and pants in general…in favor of dresses) during my childhood. It actually wasn’t until more recently that I started coming around to jeans and to denim in general.
Nowadays, I love the feeling of a great-fitting pair of jeans. There really is no better confidence booster than a great pair of jeans that you feel make you (your butt) look good…am I right, ladies?!
Dressed Up Casual
I especially love how jeans can be dressed up or dressed down. For a more polished look, I opted for my new favorite pair of velvet buckle block heels by Topshop (seriously can’t get enough of these guys…also featured here and here). Lastly, you can never really go wrong with a cozy sweater – especially a turtleneck. Seriously though, you’ve gotta stay warm!

Very Chic! The turtleneck is perfect for this time of year (wearing one myself today), and those shoes are adorable! I really need to get on the velvet trend.
