Delicate. Feminine. Floral. Lovely. Romantic. These are just a few terms that come to mind when I think of lace. White lace, especially, showcases the style I strive for. White is crisp and clean, but when in a lacey pattern, it can be soft and beautiful.
A little white dress never goes out of style. Personally, I have far too many. LWD’s are a summer go to that, quite frankly, I might rely on a little too much. Regardless, you really can’t go wrong with a LWD…unless, of course, you’re headed to a wedding, bachelorette party or bridal shower.
A complementary pairing to a little white lace dress is a beautiful blush leather bag. Since I will be going back to school in the fall, I’ve been on the hunt for tote bags that will fit my laptop and necessities, but that don’t necessarily look like “school” bags. This tote, which also comes in a taupe color (probably the better option for fall), is the perfect size. It isn’t too big, nor too small, and it’s easy to carry on my shoulder. Since summer is in full swing, I couldn’t resist this woven leather in a gorgeous blush tone.
Pairing white with blush (a neutral in my mind) provides a perfect opportunity to add a bold statement shoe. These blue leopard print slingback flats are a no brainer to spice up summer outfits. Even though they appear bold with this look, they are quite versatile for pairing with white jeans or really any wash denim as well.
Lovely lace, blush tones and statement shoes makes a perfect outfit to almost any occasion. I wore this look to a conference put on by my Chloé Digital babes, and it was perfect for bopping around NYC.
