Did you ever believe the myth that if you brushed your hair 100 times per day, you would have the softest hair ever? Growing up, I fell victim to this urban legend and actually counted out 100 brush strokes before bedtime on a few occasions. This was actually probably quite damaging to my hair, and I likely did more harm than good in the long run.
